Creating Plant Definitions

A plant definition includes the 2D and 3D plant appearance and the parameters and botanical data for a specific type of plant. The plant data is specified by entering parameters or by loading (and editing) botanical data from the extensive plant database.

To create a plant definition, first designate the 2D and/or 3D plant appearance by selecting an existing plant symbol or creating plant geometry. Then set plant parameters and data to complete the plant definition.
