Updating Spaces

To update specified spaces within the document:

1. Select AEC > Space Planning > Update Spaces.

The Update Spaces command is available for Vectorworks Landmark and Spotlight software but is not present in the workspaces. It can be added to the Landmark and Spotlight workspaces (see Customizing Workspaces).

The Update Spaces dialog box opens.

►    Click to show/hide the parameters.

Parameter	Description
Update selected Spaces	If any spaces are selected, select this option to update only the selected spaces
Update all Spaces on the Current Layer	Select to update all spaces on the current layer
Update all Spaces in the document	Select to update all spaces in the document

2. Select the spaces to update and click OK.
