Description |
Download settings |
Specifies how to download content, as well as the location for downloads. A BIMobjects folder is created in the specified location. This folder contains the downloaded red symbols, and a subfolder named zz_BIMobject_geometry. This subfolder contains the black symbols with the editable 2D/3D geometry. Place the red symbols in the drawing, but edit the symbol definition, if needed, by modifying the black symbols. |
Download Symbol to Active Document only |
Places the downloaded content in the current file, but does not save it in a folder |
Download Symbol to Active Document and copy to Reference Library |
Places the downloaded content in the current file, and also saves the content in the specified location. When saved to a resource library, the BIMobject is available in the Resource Manager as a red symbol. |
Download Symbol to Reference Library only and reference to Active Document |
Saves the content in the specified location, and adds the content to the file as a referenced symbol; this is convenient for workgroup referencing scenarios. When saved to a resource library, the BIMobject is available in the Resource Manager as a red symbol. |
Convert 3D-only objects to Auto-hybrid |
Converts imported 3D geometry from non-Vectorworks file types into auto-hybrid objects; see Downloading non-Vectorworks BIMobject content |
