Parking tools
A basic parking tool, Parking Spaces, creates simple parking space graphics and is available in any Vectorworks Design Suite product workspace. Two additional parking tools available in Vectorworks Landmark, Parking Area and Parking Along Path, create parking spaces automatically within a defined area or along a path. The parking tools allow for islands, accessible spaces, head-in (angled) parking, parallel parking, and access lanes; you can create custom reports to report data for each type of parking tool (see Creating reports).
Alternatively, in Vectorworks Landmark, draw a closed 2D shape and then select the Create Objects from Shapes command (see Creating objects from shapes).
Parking areas and parking along path objects can be sent to a site model surface with the Send to Surface command, but they do not modify the site model.
