Changing the class attributes of multiple symbol definitions

This command assigns all of the contained objects within the symbol definitions from a selected location to the specified class, using any or all of the class attributes. This is a convenient way of changing the class attributes or appearance for several, or all, symbol definitions at one time.
Carefully evaluate the results of running this utility before making broad class changes to symbol definitions.
To change symbol definition class attributes:
Select the command. The Change Symbol Attributes dialog box opens.
Click to show/hide the parameters.Click to show/hide the parameters.

Symbol Folder |
Select None, All, or a symbol folder, if any. Select None to change the symbol attributes of all of the symbol definitions not in any folder. Select All to change the symbol attributes of all of the symbol definitions in the file. Select a symbol folder to change all of the symbol definitions only in that folder and any subfolders. |

Select the class with the attributes to assign to the symbol definitions |

If a class attribute is not used |
Indicate how to treat class attributes that are not used; either keep the object’s existing attributes, or use the current Attribute palette defaults if a class attribute is not specified |
