Vectorworks customer portal

The Vectorworks customer portal (customers.vectorworks.net) is a central location for accessing Vectorworks services, content, and information. To sign in to the customer portal, select Help > Customer Portal.

The customer portal provides access to Vectorworks Service Select and subscription benefits, including exclusive videos on Vectorworks University, priority service, enhanced abilities using Vectorworks Cloud Services, and more.

As of January 1, 2024, new Service Select contracts are no longer available throughout most of the world.

Vectorworks student portal

Students have free access to Vectorworks Design Suite with Renderworks software, which may be downloaded from the student portal.

Vectorworks Cloud Services

Share files and make design decisions from any location with Vectorworks Cloud Services. This feature allows you to add files to a cloud storage account, so that you can view and share them from any web browser, as well as from the Vectorworks Nomad mobile app. Localized Vectorworks Cloud Services may not be available in your country; check its availability in your location by visiting vectorworks.net/service-select.

To sign in, select Help > Vectorworks Cloud Services.

Use the Cloud menu in the Vectorworks application to launch the Vectorworks Cloud Services website, to create and maintain your cloud storage account. To access the cloud services online help, select Cloud > Help.

Vectorworks Nomad app

The Vectorworks Nomad app allows you to view, mark up, share, and sync files in your cloud storage account from your mobile device. Vectorworks Nomad is available for iOS and Android devices.

Vectorworks Remote app

The Vectorworks Remote app allows you to control the Vectorworks application through various remotes on your mobile device. See Setting up Vectorworks Remote for more information.
