Record Formats

Displays all the records that are active in the drawing; if any of these records are attached to the selected object, the box to the left of the record name displays an X. If more than one object is selected, only the records attached to all objects display an X.

Record Fields

Provides a list of all the record fields if a record is attached to the selected object; if any field has a default value assigned, it displays after the field name. If no item is currently selected in the drawing, the label displays Record Field Defaults instead of Record Fields.

Record Info

Edits the field values for the selected record; all entered values override any default values for the object
