DesignSeries00251.pngEditing Imported PDF Objects

Once imported, PDF Page objects can be edited for effective use in the drawing. They can be resized and accurately scaled to match the drawing, moved by dragging or by using the box position indicator on the Shape tab of the Object Info palette, and rotated with the Rotate command or Rotate tool. For PDFs that originate from an application that creates vector graphics, Vectorworks can create snappable geometry within the PDF Page object. Select and edit multiple PDF Page objects simultaneously using the Object Info palette. You can also change the object’s fill using the Attributes Palette, and toggle annotations imported with the PDF for display with the Show Annotations option on the Object Info palette.
