Displaying the server operating status

Several different tables list the operating status of the Vectorworks Site Protection Server. You can view the RLM statistics (web server statistics), ISV statistics (vektorwrx statistics), and the current license usage statistics.

Many of these functions are accessed more conveniently through the Site protection System Menu.

RLM statistics

Access: Click Status from the main Server Administration screen. RLM server information and server statistics are displayed.

Description: Shows the overall operating time and communication status of the RLM server.

ISV statistics

Access: Click Status from the main Server Administration screen to access the Status screen. From there, click vektorwrx from the Server Status column.

Description: The vektorwrx statistics show the load information of the ISV server. For more information, see ISV server status.

License status

Access: Click Status from the main Server Administration screen to access the Status screen. From there, click vektorwrx from the License Usage column.

Alternatively, click Status from the main Server Administration screen to access the Status screen. In the License Pool area, click Usage in the Show License Usage column.

Description: As described in License usage status, currently used licenses are shown.

Displays the user name

host

Displays the name of the host using the license

PID

Shows the product ID

req ver

The Vectorworks version that was requested by the client

#lic

Shows the number of licenses used by each user

#res

Shows the number of reserved licenses

Out time

Shows the start time for using the license

In (hold) time

Shows the scheduled day to return the license (for a borrowed license)

Click to REMOVE

Returns the license currently in use to the Vectorworks Site Protection Server.

This operation is only available for licenses connected to the network. It does not work for borrowed licenses.

If a Windows service is installed with the rlmdown command disabled, as described in Server startup options, then this button does not display.
