This command converts a database worksheet (that was created with one of the Documentation commands) to a spreadsheet worksheet with a “list” name. This is useful for freezing a worksheet at a particular point in the design process or to create a list suitable for comparison with the drawing later. The list worksheet could be exported and then edited by staff on-site at the installation location, with changes that need to be made.
Two-way editing cannot be done from a spreadsheet worksheet, so editing the list worksheet has no immediate effect on the drawing.
To convert a worksheet to a list:
1. Create a worksheet (see Creating reports). If the worksheet has already been created, open it from the Resource Manager.
2. Select the command.
