Stair settings
The Stair Settings dialog box allows you to set the default preferences for the Stair tool (when accessed from Preferences on the Tool bar), to edit the settings of a selected stair (when accessed from the Object Info palette), and optionally to save the current stair settings as a symbol for reuse elsewhere in the same file or other files. When accessed from Preferences, a Transfer tab is available, to transfer stair properties.
The preferences are grouped into several tabs of related parameters. Select each tab and specify the parameters.
